Twin Peaks is a Transatlantic crossover, exploiting the best of the U.K. and the U.S.A. The malt base is Maris Otter, a legendary British Heritage barley variety, famed for its rich and malty character. This acts as the perfect foundation for the carefully selected American Hops to shine. Thornbridge uses a mix of classic West Coast Varieties, along with the renowned Citra, for a parade of grapefruit, pineapple and mango with splashes of floral character.
