Particle Drift is a cross dimensional IPA beer brewed with a soft base of flaked and malted oats, malted wheat, and unsalted wheat. Hopped in the whirlpool with Strata & Simcoe to keep the hop flavor and aroma high as a kite. Post fermentation this beer was double dry hopped HEAVY with more Simcoe, Strata, and Nelson. This combination of hops leads to bright aromas of Cantaloupe, candied Orange peel, and Pineapple Guavas.
