MOTOR SPIRIT is a PSYCHED OUT HEAVY RESIN West Coast Double IPA built for DRINKIN’, and brewed in collaboration with Alvarado Street Brewery & Cellarmaker Brewing. The base of all pilsner malt keeps the body, and color, light so we can touch thy lips and purge thy skin with HEAVY HOP LOADS. Hot side lit the fuel with Strata, Nelson, Simcoe, and Mosaic + Simcoe Dynaboost for good measure. This laid down a SLIME OF OIL that set the stage for unethical amounts of dry hopping. Post fermentation, there were black buckets everywhere, brimming, spewing with Centennial, Strata, Nelson, Mosaic & Mosaic Cryo. The final product is an apocalyptically DANK AND FRUITY West Coast DIPA with notes of cannabis, blueberry, pineapple guava, and diesel.
