The year is 2012, and Old Caz had just finished working two weeks in the sweltering Coachella Valley. Upon finishing, they sat down, ordered a Negra Modelo, and became so satiated by the beverage that they swore then and there to one day brew a beer that could remind us of that glorious moment. Chismosa is a malt-focused, clean, and crushable Mexican Amber Lager, and its name comes from the Spanish word Chisme, or to gossip.
