Smoothie Style Sour Ale with Blueberries, Raspberries, Cherries, Vanilla Beans, & Milk Sugar

The first slushie from NF! Fermented a very strong kettle sour base beer and diluted it back down to 6% abv with ridiculous amounts of pureed blueberry, raspberry, and cherry. Added milk sugar to leave behind a little sweetness expected from a slushie as well as a kilo of Grade A Madagascar Vanilla Beans that helps meld the fruit flavors and give the beer a dessert/pie edge. Stretching the idea of what beer is, taking it to the extreme while still being fun and delicious!
