Hasta La Raíz is a collaboration with Freedom for Immigrants to raise awareness & funds for immigrant justice in their mission to fight for human rights. Inspired by the traditional tepache beverage, Laughing Monk brewed this Ale with Pineapple & Beechwood Smoked Malts giving it sweet aromas of grilled pineapple that lead into subtle tartness with a hint of smokiness.
