A Collaborative Roggenbier/Historical German Rye Ale

This Roggenbier features a smooth, rye-forward malt character bringing rich, bready notes and a gentle spice. Brewed with an expressive yeast strain; leading elegant notes of clove and dark dried fruit, balanced by a clean, crisp lager-like drinkability.
