This Sour Porter is made akin to the historical version that contained a blend of young and old beer: Infected Mind contains Porter that spent anywhere from 1 to 3 years in Red Wine, Port and Bourbon Barrels. It is famously said that infected minds to their deaf pillows will discharge their secrets and this Sour Porter will be no different. Spilling forth whispers of pleasant and warming flavors such as cocoa that are vinous and piquant.
