An ultra sessionable Czech Pale Lager. Mashed with 100% Admiral Maltings Haná malt, a heritage barley whose storied history involves the creation of the first Pilsner beers in the mid-1800s. Hopped with generous amounts of Czech Saaz in the kettle and whirlpool, fermented cool with our house lager yeast, spunded for natural carbonation, and lagered cold for weeks in horizontal tanks until prime crispiness was achieved.
