A hoppy pale lager whose legendary origins revolutionized the beer industry. Mashed with a blend of floor-malted Bohemian malts and hopped 100% with Czech Saaz hops layered throughout the boil.  Fermented cold with Geisthaus house lager yeast, natural carbonation captured via spunding, and lagered in horizontal tanks for peak drinkability.
