A refreshingly crisp and aromatically charged southern-style Pils. Mashed with 100% Weyermann Pilsner malt. Generously hopped with late kettle and whirlpool additions of Mittelfrüh and Tettnanger. Natural carbonation captured by spunding and lagered until peak freshness in horizontal tanks. Crispy sourdough loaves and fresh herbs spritzed with lemon.
