A refreshingly crisp and aromatically charged German-style Pils.  Mashed with Weyermann Pilsner malt and hopped generously with late kettle and whirlpool additions of German Hallertau Tradition hops.  Naturally carbonated by spunding, and lagered in horizontal tanks until perfectly matured.  Fluffy stone-ground rolls, fistfuls of springtime blossoms, and grapefruit twists.
