A rich and flavorful Bavarian-style Pils. Mashed with a blend of Weyermann Pilsner and Admiral Pils malts.  Kettle hopped generously with German Saphir. Natural carbonation captured by spunding, and lagered in horizontal tanks until peak freshness was achieved. Cozy up for Elevenses with sleeves of crispy English biscuits and a cuppa bergamot tea.
