A quintessential pale lager that embodies the very definition of drinkability. Mashed with a blend of Weyermann Barke Pils, Pilsner, and Munich malts. Kettle hopped with German Magnum and Mittelfrüh. Natural carbonation captured by spunding and lagered in horizontal tanks until we couldn’t wait any longer. Subtle notes of fresh-baked rounds lightly drizzled in clover honey.
