Sound and fury is inspired by one of Cellarmaker's favorite outlaw country artists. Their intentions were to create an oily, intense, West Coast monster with new favorite, New Zealand-grown Nectaron hops, alongside limey skittles-esque NZ Cascade and the almighty Mosaic (and some Mosaic Cryo too!). The resulting beer is layered with beautiful hoppy flavors of nectarine and peach flesh, zippy tangy key lime and that awesome Mosaic berry note we all know and love. This one screams on aroma and flavor. This metamodern westie is just the right kind of dream.
