Sonaglio (Italian for Rattlesnake) is an Italian-Style Pils Cellarmaker Brewing worked on with their good buddy Tim from Oxbow Brewing Company in Portland, Maine. Hopped with 2 German Grown Varieties: Saphir to bring an old world flare of herbaceous spice and floral notes alongside (new to them) Callista bringing softer notes of White Peach and Meyer Lemon. It has been given extended aging time at cool temps to ensure the crispiest drinking experience. An absolute summer crusher.
