DDH West Coast IPA with Citra & El Dorado:

Puckers your mouth like sucking on limes but quenches your thirst like laying down rhymes. Two hits of Citra that’s all lemon curds. El Dorado ain’t lost, but we're at a loss for words. Okay we’ll stop. We can’t spit like some can, but this DDH is so redolent of lemons, salted papaya and noble fir that we can’t stop trying. There’s nothing free-style about the intentional interplay of these two hop varieties. The well-rehearsed final product is as taughtly balanced between juice and resin as it is between malty sweetness and fresh, hoppy bitterness. Damn.
