Their good friends at Highland Park Brewery have invited them once again to brew their delicious West Coast Pilsner, Timbo Pils. This progressive, hop forward lager beer is hopped with gobs of Mosaic & Citra in all forms. It's extra pale, light bodied and infused with crackery Pilsner malt goodness that gives way to a chorus of dank citrus oil and Riesling grape notes chased by layer after layer of mango, passion fruit and pineapple. Brewing this beer once a year is something Alvarado Street really looks forward to, and they can’t wait to share it with you.
