Named for the Bavarian greeting, Servus is Alvarado Street's nod to an authentic Helles lagerbier, brewed with Weyermann Extra Pale Premium Pilsner malt and hopped gently with Saphir hops from Germany. Helles as a style embodies beer in modern day Bavaria; it’s incredibly light and easy drinking, and is defined by the balance of its sweet malt character and gentle hop bitterness. Prost!
