Honey Wine Mead

Aroma: Rich caramel and toffee, black pepper and light tobacco. Before it gets too much, raisin, prune and vanilla notes emerge, balancing it somewhat, though it obviously remains on the rich and sugar-heavy side.

Flavor: Tons of caramel and raisin, with more spicebox, dry vanilla and a wonderful acidity that fills the backend of the experience with a great balance. Prunes, crème brulee and light tobacco linger on with soft tannins and a poignant, sweet-acidic finish.
