Sour Violence is a Sour Sweet Stout that is as iconoclastic as the music that inspired it. With heavy blast-beats of rich dark chocolate and vanilla upfront, your tastebuds are then laid siege by a surprising tempo change as bright cherry acidity rolls over your tongue. Nothing is sacrosanct so we infested a perfectly good Milk Stout with our house yeast culture and placed it in freshly emptied Red Wine barrels from Dashe Cellars on Alameda Island. The flavor breakdown will leave your head spinning like the pit; as quickly as the flavor came, it ends clean and abrupt. Best re-tie your boots and dive back in.
