"Our good friend and brewer for Blue Oak, Jim Koch, slid through to brew up some hoppy goodness with us! We decided to throw in the holy trinity of hops, Citra/Mosaic/Simcoe and used a couple of advanced hop products, Mosaic DynaBoost and Citra Cryo, as well! The result is a beautifully expressive and balanced West Coast IPA that absolutely pops! It comes with delicious nuances of citrus, berry, and tropical fruit aromatics and flavor. It's dropping notes of tangerine, pink grapefruit, blueberry, pineapple, papaya, and mango. It has a firm bitterness that draws out a killer finish of light pine resin and dank."
