Waves on the Moon
7% ABV 16oz
Hazy IPA
Waves on the Moon is Cellarmaker's latest Hazy IPA creation. A good bit has changed in the way of their preferences and access to excellent new hop varieties, or simply excellent iterations of hops they already knew and loved. This year they have been into layering varieties, recognizing that small sprinkles can really be just the right amount of certain varieties and are chasing complexity in aroma and flavor. This one features 2 lots of Nectaron, Nectaron Cryo, Simcoe T90 and Cryo, a tiny hit of Galaxy and their new favorite, Tropical Fusion. An intentionally complex absolutely stacked hop bill designed to create a really beautiful lime, passionfruit, grapefruit pith, apricot character.
