Taiwanese Style Rice Lager made in the Munich Helles tradition.
A Lush pale malty rice lager inspired by Taiwanese night markets. Balanced malt and hops, subtle noble spice, floral earthiness, bright grain, with top notes of honey and citrus. Made with Admiral malts, Taiwanese white rice, and touch of high-mountain oolong from Alishan. Excellent with a variety of foods such as dumplings, braised/grilled pork belly, and noodles.
