The Strata cones were harvested in the early morning hours from the Coleman's hop fields and arrived at the brewery that afternoon where they were put straight to use. A Pale Ale based on Viking Extra Pale Malt as not to cover up any of the beautiful hop qualities these cones brought to the table. Fresh to Death has a great hop saturation while still being quite elegant. It's crisp and clean with some killer hop expression.
