Narrative Fermentations is always excited to try new hop products, this time with Spectrum, a liquid extract produced by BarthHaas that's 100% hops with no added solvents. They used this in addition to traditional Citra T-90 pellets to give a full Citra experience. Layed on top of a pillowy texture are flavors of orange zest, grapefruit, lime, melon, and lighter tropical notes of mango and passionfruit.
