Triple Dry Hopped Triple West Coast IPA

Black Label is the TRIPLE version of Mai Tai P.A., their flagship Tropical West Coast IPA featuring 100% Mosaic hops. Dry hopped three times across fermentation and beyond, continuously layered in the most oil-dense advanced hop products they could can get their hands on. At 10.5%, you know you’re into something big, but it’s quite balanced and drinkable, and the high alcohol functions to absorb as many hop oils as possible, generating tremendous amounts of Mosaic expression. On the nose expect mango liqueur and blueberry reduction poured over flamed orange peels and candied pineapples floating on a bottomless ocean of rich passion fruit juice. All of that character carries over onto the palate and intensifies, offering a vivid reminder that this is one the biggest and most flavorful IPA’s in their portfolio.
