A coferment of Gala apples and dry farmed, spray free, noble late harvest red and white wine grapes, featuring whole cluster carbonic maceration and a Hungarian oak rest. Notes of oak, dried raspberry, bittersweet apple skins, grape skins, tobacco, and oolong tea. Light body, rich in warm barrel characteristics(without the heat of alcohol). A nice pairing with creamy cheese as a dessert.
