Belgian-Style Sour Brown Ale aged in a variety of second-use and neutral oak barrels.
Undoing Bruin, also considered an Oud Bruin, is dark brown with notes of chocolate, dark fruit, black cherry, fig, plum and cabernet grapes. It also has a decent amount of oak and vanilla notes with a big round body. This beer was aged first in red wine barrels after 6 months half the barrels were transferred to freshly emptied stout barrels and aged for another 6 months. The other half of the barrels spent the full year in red wine barrels.
