Fermented with wild brettanomyces and aged in oak, this 7.3% Farmhouse Ale is untamed by design-dry, effervescent, and alive with the kind of character that only time and bacteria can build. Bright citrus and white pepper emerge first, giving way to rustic hay, vanilla, and a whisper of white wine tannins from the barrel. Light bready malt anchors the funk without taming it.
