Crafted for Temescal Brewing's Tenth Anniversary, this Double Dry-Hopped West Coast IPA showcases a vibrant hop profile. They utilized Mosaic Incognito in both the whirlpool and fermenter, complemented by Amarillo in the whirlpool and dry hop stages. Simcoe and Mosaic further enhance the dry hop. The resulting beer features a medium-to-light body and a dry finish, characterized by pronounced notes of cannabis, passionfruit, tangy citrus, and a dank undertone. To ensure these hop characteristics remain the focal point, they selected pale pilsner malt for its clean, low-color contribution and malted white wheat for head retention and mouthfeel.
