Czech-Style Pale Lager

A refreshing pale lager with similar characteristics to its stronger sibling, Czech Pils. Mashed with traditional floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malt and hopped with healthy doses of Czech Saaz in the kettle and whirlpool.  Naturally carbonated by spunding and lagered in horizontal tanks until optimum flavor was achieved.  An unapologetically sessionable and thirst-quenching everyday lager.
