This is the Double IPA version of Mai Tai, a true West Coast Double IPA that is built upon several layers of Mosaic driven flavor thanks to a variety of progressive hopping techniques and hop products.  "Tropical'' doesn't do it justice - bright mango, guava and lime zest notes are enveloped by a dank blueberry and passionfruit fog that permeates each sip, backed by moderate bitterness and an ultra dry finish.
