For this specific Cuvée Armand & Gaston, 3 Fonteinen blended lambikken from four different barrels and six different brews. Almost half of the lambikken used were three-year and four-year old lambikken, rendering the weighted average age of the geuze blend to more than 25 months on the moment of bottling. More than 60% of the cereals used during brewing were sourced from their own Cereal Collective.

3 Fonteinen Cuvée Armand & Gaston is a blend of one-, two- and at least three-year old 3 Fonteinen brewed lambics. Spontaneously fermented. Matured in oak barrels. Extended bottle ageing. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
